The success was primarily born out of unwavering desire to create and deliver the ultimate cruising and touring itineraries for travellers who seek extraordinary experiences and exceptional service.
SCENIC’s flagship product – European River Cruising – was becoming increasingly competitive with many operators copying SCENIC’s every move. We needed to differentiate ourselves and position SCENIC as the absolute all-inclusive best while still driving sales in a highly saturated retail environment.
